Information we collect
We may receive information you voluntarily provide when requesting a quote, calling us, sending a message, or otherwise contacting Under Pressure Power Washing. This may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, requested services, photographs, and details about your property.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, communicate about your project, maintain business records, improve our services, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Quote requests and service providers
Our quote form sends the information you provide to The Customer Factor, our customer-management and scheduling provider, so we can respond to and manage your request. Some links may also open a form operated directly by that provider. We keep temporary delivery records to limit spam and prevent repeated submissions. These records use anonymous request identifiers and keyed hashes, rather than copies of your contact details, and are removed after seven days when the form is next used. Other technology providers may process limited information while hosting, securing, maintaining, or measuring the performance of this website.
When address suggestions are enabled and you type a street address, Google processes your address search text and standard connection information to suggest properties. We do not send your name, phone, email, selected services or comments to Google through address search. You can always enter your address manually. See Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
Website and analytics information
After you send a quote request, this browser tab temporarily keeps your submitted details and confirmation so a refresh can recover the same request. This recovery copy is used for up to two hours and is cleared when the tab session ends. It is not sent to analytics.
The website and its service providers may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location, and interaction data. We use Google Analytics to understand website performance, including visits and clicks on call, text, email and quote links. Contact-link clicks do not tell us whether a conversation or quote submission was completed. We also measure completed quote requests after our provider confirms creation of a prospect, or returns a visitor from its hosted form to our confirmation page. Anonymous request identifiers and browser markers help prevent repeat counting; they contain no contact details. An essential session cookie helps protect the quote form. Browser privacy settings can limit measurement. We do not send quote-form contents to Google Analytics.
Your light or dark appearance choice is saved in a browser cookie so it carries across pages and return visits. This preference does not contain your name or contact information.
Information security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for legitimate business or legal needs.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask what personal information we maintain about you or to request a correction or deletion, subject to legal and legitimate business record requirements. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications.

Google address lookup in Main CRM
This section covers Google address lookup in Under Pressure Power Washing’s private Main CRM, used to manage service records. When address suggestions are enabled, text typed into an address field, including partial addresses, is sent from the browser to Google Maps/Places with standard connection information, such as the IP address, to return suggestions. This happens before a record is saved. Selecting a suggestion requests its formatted address and address components. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes from other CRM fields are not included in these address-search requests.
Google may use and retain this data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can type or correct an address without choosing a suggestion. While suggestions are enabled, manual typing still sends address queries to Google. When you save, the entered or selected address text is stored with the corresponding customer, estimate or job record for service administration and related documents. Suggestion lists, Google place identifiers and coordinates are not saved with those records. The Information security and retention, Your choices, and Contact us sections of this privacy policy also apply to these CRM records.
